If season ended today

If season ended today the Bolts win the tiebreaker over Chiefs and would earn the No. 6 spot in the playoffs. However, with the competitive AFC West one false step could knock the Chargers out. Marty seems to have the players focused not on the playoffs down the road but on the Dolphins, fans on the other hand can't help to look down the road. The next four games are crucial for the team. Defensive end DeQuincy Scott said it best " I'm not even looking at the last three games, I don't know for sure who they are. I know we've got to play Miami. That's our focus right now. Somebody asked me yesterday about the playoffs. We're not thinking about that. We can't control what happens down the road. We control what happens now."

Fact of the day: I know you don't want to hear this, but only one month of the 2005 season remains. Let’s hope that we extend the season into February.

I cant believe there is only one more month of the regular season.
