Six Chargers to Pro Bowl

Tight end Antonio Gates, fullback Lorenzo Neal, linebacker Shawne Merriman, safety Hanik Milligan, running back LaDainian Tomlinson, and defensive tackle Jamal Williams will represent the Chargers on the AFC All-Star team in the Pro Bowl this coming February, giving the Chargers their largest complement of Pro Bowl players in 23 years.

Two other Chargers – quarterback Drew Brees and punter Mike Scifres – finished as first and second alternates, respectively, in the voting and will join the squad should the players selected be unable to participate due to injury.

Too bad Donnie Edwards is perpetually snubed from the Pro Bowl.

donnie is the most under rated player in the game i personally think out of his 11 year career he should have gone at least 6 or 7 times that blows

Donnie is a great player but hasn't made a impact this year!!!

S. MERRIMAN WAS THE BEST THING WE COULD HAVE DONE!!!! WELL I AM SO EXITED AND KEEPING MY FINGERS CROSSED FOR PLAYOFFS.!

Congrats to the players picked. The Chargers have so many great players. We should have a better record. Go Raiders beat the Broncos!

I'm new at this... I was wondering if today's game against KC is going to be replayed on any cable channel, or if I could possibly find or purchase a copy of it somewhere? My fiancé was unable to watch it today as he is out of town and he is a huge Charger fan (a native San Diegan). Does anyone know where I might be able to find something like this? I was supposed to record it, but ended up only recording static. If someone could point me in the right direction, I'd be so grateful. Yes, I'm a very embarrassed girlfriend. Thanks!

Dear embarrassed girlfriend.
What you need to do is get a d.v.r. box from the cable co. That way the next time you need to record, the box will do it all for you.

I would have like to have seen some of the Chargers line men go to the bowl. Mike Goff has been a steady eddy for a whole lot of LT's runs as well as a great pass blocker, and not just this year
