Chargers announce coaching moves
Head Coach Marty Schottenheimer announced that offensive line coach Carl Mauck and assistant secondary coach Albert Lewis have been released from their contracts. Schottenheimer hopes to announce additions to the staff in the next few weeks.
“At times this can be a difficult business and we have to make tough decisions,” said Schottenheimer. “These are good football men with valuable experience in this league. I thanked them for their hard work and wished them both well.”
