In Eagles game one of the offensive's
line men missed a block that let Eagles block the field goal and go for the game winner. Why would Chargers pick up a defensive line men rather than an offensive player?

I like the guys size,,, but a X Raider? He will need to prove to me he can play for us. We will see.

Dang...that was fast. someone also posted we don't sign former raiders. I wonder if we are the first team to sign someone for next year.

A linebacker? Thats the one position we're stacked at. Maybe we can't afford some of the vets next year.

Why do we need more linebackers? We need more additions at offensive line. Merriman, Phillips, Edwards, Foley, Godfrey... Our LB corp is strong..

Linebacker from the raiders? What about a free safety and strong safety!

I think we can use him in situational plays. But we need another receiver along side with Keenan. We are strong and going be ready in 2006.

Having a guy like Gbaja-Biamila is an advantage. He knows the Raiders defensive playbook and we could even line him up at D-end if needed. At 6-5 260 he could be a great speed rusher.

ummm maybe we forgot , Godfrey announced his retirement, so good idea on a linebacker! As for Offensive line ummm the draft has a strong crop, and when the Chargers consistently find good offensive lineman late in the draft, have no fear!
