You might want to check out a story I heard last night about the Lions cap situation. Somehow they have been awarded back like 11 million dollars in caps space do to some contract that was written around the CBA being renewed by now. I really do not understand how that worked, but it seems they are now around 11 million under and can well afford Brees if they choose to go after him.

The chargers have been bad for so long and now are on the verge of doing something great, why on earth start over with an unproven?? LT and cast won't be around or stick around forever to start over again for the sake of phillip rivers? come its rivers not joe montana!

the chargers need safeties and defensive lines...remember defense wins championships not offense
