Smith to talk '08 plans live on Chargers.com

Chargers General Manager A.J. Smith will meet with the media on Thursday, Feb. 28 at 12 noon to talk and take questions about the team’s plans for 2008. Chargers.com will stream this event live and also provide an archive copy for viewers who can't make the live stream.
