I am a long time die hard chargers fan, I have had my share of heart break and disappointment but it is just frustrating watching them under achieve every year at the start of the season and during the playoffs.are window of opportunity is going to slam shut in our face.the hiring of Norv Turner as head coach was a major mistake by a.j smith.football is a testosterone filled sport the leader of a team needs to have a alpha male personality which turner does NOT! he is just too SOFT!! when will smith quit worrying about his ego and fess up to the fact that he made a major mistake putting turner in charge.we will continue to see good talent go to waste or move on too be successful in other cities as long as a.j smith continues his stubborn ways…get rid of turner before it is too late.
