Posted by on March 30, 2011 – 8:22 AMMarch 30, 1984 – San Diego free safety Paul Oliver was born in Kennesaw, Ga. Oliver recorded 60 tackles, made an interception, forced a fumble and recovered two fumbles last season for the Chargers, continuing to display a knack for making plays in big moments.
