Pregame photos: Packers-Chargers

Here are some pregame photos from Qualcomm Stadium courtesy of Mike Nowak.

Head Coach Norv Turner smiles as his team prepares to face the defending Super Bowl champion Green Bay Packers.

San Diego safeties Steve Gregory and Eric Weddle converse on the bench before being tasked with slowing up Aaron Rodgers.

The defensive backs huddle in the tunnel.

WR Patrick Crayton will be important today with WR Malcom Floyd inactive.

Volunteers remove the tarp from the field. It's raining minutes before kickoff.

P Mike Scifres rocks a beard as he takes a few practice punts.

Stay true and keep pounding,
Christopher

Dear Charger front office (specifically the Spanos’),

If you are wondering why many season ticket holders are cancelling their tickets, look at the GM and the coach. Look at the GM’s body of work, look at his draft picks the last 6 years. Every single one of them has been a bust, not one impact player. Not one. Look at the coaches record, look at the record of decline the past 5 years. Watch the game, you’ll see how the Chargers come out unprepared every single week. Look at all the dumb mistakes that the well coached teams do not make, that the Chargers make on a regular basis. Look at the regression of Philip Rivers, when our coach is supposed to be a QB guru.

How can you possibly keep AJ Smith and Norv with this body of work. These two have destroyed a once superbowl caliber team and made it average and in a downward spiral. As the owners of an NFL football team, you must realize this and fix it. You will not get anymore of my money until you fix it.
