Go Boltz! Those guys have been holding it down!

Finally for Mike Scifres some recognition! Exciting to see that we have some building blocks at all three levels of the Defense. It is shocking to see that a team renowned for it’s skill on the offensive side for years has nobody on that list and we are only looking at the all AFC West team!

I think Shaun Phillips he does a lot for the D

    How about Malcom Floyd?

Why not Atari Bigby. He is a beast.

Because Atari Bigby doesn’t wrap up his tackles. Butler has been all over the field he definitely deserves some recognition. Jarret Johnson could be nominated for this if he was better in pass coverage.

i see by the Comments, our Fans know just how many playmakers we really have.
I truly think EVERYONE has provided sweat and blood so far on the field this season. THEY ARE FIGHTING.
remember guys, just dont dwell, we could easily be 7-1 (only loss being the Falcons).
So we have a LONG ROAD that WILL BE filled with exiting moments and some bad. BUT WE WILL PREVAIL!!!!
LETS CHASE THAT LOMBARDI CHAMPIONSHIP MEN!!!!!!!
as the fans we can ONLY CHEER and SUPPORT
    (and our cheerleaders :] )

I think our D this year is better than our offense. I still like to see the chargers draft high in corner back. Quintin Jammers is over rated. 10 years with the chargers is more than enough. Time to move on with better talent

    DONALD BUTLER !!

That dude is awesome. He is found in EVERY single snap defensively and always seems to be around the ball somehow. Either making the tackle himself, deflecting a pass.. Or somewhere. Watch the video. Lol. No lie.

    But ofcourse Weddle and Hardwick.
Cory Leigut and Louis Vazquez have been playing great lately. As has Darrel Stuckley..
And Mike Scrifes FINALLY GETTING some love. He has been great since he came into the league, and should finally get his 1st long awaited pro bowl selection.

Weddle, Butler, Hardwick, and Scifres certainly were expected. Darrell Stuckey has long been a quality player not given his due recognition. The inclusion of Luiget and Vasquez shows that in the opinion of those who observe these players are reaching their potential. I think that the failure to include Atari Bigby is a mistake. Bigby has been everything the Chargers could have asked for and is a very productive player. I still believe that Shaun Phillips does not get the credit he is due. Not only is he quick in the pass rush but is an all around outstanding OLB.
