Lets stop sugar coating here and yes i agree Norv has to go but Rivers has been a terrible decision maker and totally not clutch when we need him to pull through.7 out of 8 losses have come down to late 4th Qtr. drives to either win or tie and hes failed every single time!!Yes our O-line is pretty weak but hes made stupid off balance and bad throws at times that we can’t blame the O-line for.He stared Floyd down the whole way in that last game to end the game on his infamous interception to lose VS Cincinnati.Missed a wide open Gates!!!A smart QB looks one way then finds another option in his peripheral for the completion..Not Rivers though..Hes a big reason for 7 of our 8 losses..lets stop sugar coating it..

The Chargers will go 4 and 12 this year until turner is gone. They had him once before and fired him why bring him back he sucks! Bring back Marty.

I agree with the comment about AJ and Norv should be gone. This is rebuilding time Dean. Also Jammer is over rated he is fast but low football IQ. Too many flags on his side. Put Shareece in. He might be a better fits

The best “us” fans can hope for is the departure of Norv and AJ… Time and time again we watched players departure under the AJ power storm including “Marty”. Now I know they lost both coordinators at that time but remember that Marty chose them to do that job, and he would have chose two more competent replacements. The problem always starts at the top, but rarely takes any recoil for failure. Going to be a long winter for Chargers fans :/

That “chill pill” comment by Bill Johnston clearly rankled my opinion of Chargers administrative management. Is this lack of personality and character condoned by Chargers executive management? And, Bill Johnston, is your PR guy? BJ should be put on IR permanently!

Chargers problems date back to firing of Marty as coach by AJ Smith.Seems to me the GM should be held accountable.Since that fateful decision that surprised many the team has foundered.
Go after a promising college coach rather than a retread from the NFL and get a top flight GM.

I am worried that I may have taken too many “chill pills” I care so little now that I don’t even think I will watch the rest of the games this season. Do I need to be put on the IR for “chill pill” over dose??????
