Coach McCoy, welcome to San Diego. I’d like to know your thoughts, a former QB and QB guru yourself, on running the football? How much emphasis will your playbook will focus on running the football and finally, what are your thoughts on Ryan Mathews?

Hello Mr.McCoy! HUGE Chargers fan here!
I hope that you are acclimating well in your new environment, beautiful San Diego!
I am going to be rash and just ask away-
If you have had the time to review the current Roster
What area/areas make you lean back and say.. “Ooh boy we have some remodeling to do”?

Welcome coach McCoy!! What is going to be San Diego’s strategy going into free agency? Are we going to bring in a RB that will put Mathews on the hot seat?

Hello Mr.McCoy welcome to San Diego, how do you plan to improve the offensive line? Also I’m a free agent both defense and offense.

Iam a Norcal guy like you who happens to be a Charger fan. I follow the SEC pretty closely . And feel there are a couple of RB’S coming out that are elite . Eddie Lacy appears to be a great Back how can give the Chargers an added
dimension of power & speed. I also like Marcus Latimore who has tremendious upside coming off an injury do you feel the Chargers can get a
Bigtime RB in the early rounds of the draft?

With the signing of a new offensive line coach do you plan on changing to a zone blocking system?

Coach,
What will the Draft war room look like this year and what kind of input will you have in making any selections. Thank You.

Denver ran a lot of no huddle. Many fans, myself included think Rivers could run that type of offense well. Is that something you see the team trying to do at all?

Very excited to have you be our teams coach. Many fans and talking heads will tell you that we had one of the worst O lines in the NFL, Rivers was seeing ghosts out there. What are your thoughts on the O line and how do you plan on fixing it? Draft or Free Agency? Thank you for your time.

Welcome to San Diego!
I was wondering what your take is on the series of traumatic brain injuries among NFL players committing suicide, like Junior Seau and Jovan Belcher, and what you will do to prevent head injuries like concussions on the team?

Coach~Welcome aboard. I was wondering what will be done/your thoughts on thickening up the O-LINE. Would it be possible to pick up a lineman in the first round?
Thanks, and glad to have you!

Hi Coach McCoy,
The Harbaughs take a family approach to the team and that closeness has helped both teams buy into the “one goal, one vision” apprach. How are you going to get these Chargers to buy in?
P.S.
Would you mind recommending the front office bring back the old ’90′s Chargers uniforms? They’re more intimidating than the jerseys we have now, and the bolts look much cleaner.
Good luck this upcoming season, Coach, and bring home that Lombardi trophy we have been waiting all of our lives for!

Coach McCoy,
I can’t explain my excitement for you becoming our new head coach. Our super bowl ring is right around the corner, but what are your plans with the running backs? Matthew’s didn’t have one game rushing 100 yards all season, Brown is getting up there in age and mention retiring, Battle is a power back who cannot play an entire game. Have you considered giving Curtis Brinkley a shot at the running back position? Also what are your thoughts with kickoff returns with Spurlock and Goodman?
Thank you for stepping into this position we need you and can’t wait to see the success you will lead us to.

Hello Mike, first off i’d like to say so far you are doing a great job and most other fans would agree with me. My question is are you considering taking a mobile quarterback in mid rounds to give us an extra dimension in a few years? If you look at what the niners did a few years back they took Kaep in the third round with an already solid QB and had success and still are going to have success for years to come.

Coach,
Welcome to San Diego! Im not alone when I say I’m feeling very optimistic right now. Any plans on aquiring a “different style” QB as a backup to Rivers? Perhaps Tebow, or Tebow like? Seems it would be hard to prepare properly for an immoble pocket passer AND an agile scrambler.

Hey Coach, Welcome to San Diego! I’m very excited about you and all the change happening around the team. One of the changes that made was the strength and conditioning staff. What do you think the biggest difference will be between this years approach to off-season strength and conditioning and past years? Glad to have you on board.

Hey coach! Hope you’re loving beautiful San Diego and we welcome you here. I wanted to know what you think our weakness’s are and what can be done to improve it. Also, because of Norv, and I mean no disrespect to him, didn’t come off like he had remorse after a terrible loss, how would you feel about losing games and what is your plan to keep the players playing at their full potential? Thanks a lot! Very stoked on the new coaching staff, a great hope for San Diego.
