Mr. Telesco, will you draft for need (offensive lineman) or for the best player on the board? And do your scouts also search the smaller schools for that “diamond in the rough” impact type player? Or do you mainly concentrate on bigger universities?

What will the Chargers do to fill in another capable back to compliment an injury prone Ryan Matthews?

Mr. Telesco, do you believe in extending player contracts during season, in the offseason or both because there are some players who need to be here for the long term, such as Donald Butler and Corey Liuget?

I believe there is a lot of talent on this team. I’m excited about the coaching changes especially strength and conditioning. Our walking wounded was way out of proportion the last couple of years. With a much improved O-Line and a healthy team, can we make the playoffs?

Hey tom, my question revolves around Ahmad Bradshaw, are you considering signing him? i think he could help ryan mathews and split time with him.

Mr. Telesco, thank you for taking the time to answer our questions. Will our Chargers have a re-vamped O-line in 2013, or will it take a couple of years? Also, I’d like to know the same thing about our secondary.

Will the Chargers be moving to a zone offensive blocking scheme, or at least a hybrid? Seems a lot of teams are going the hybrid route.

Will you try to stagger contracts when possible, so a large percentage of starters (especially at the same position) don’t become free agents at the same time? Or do other aspects of contract negotiation completely overshadow that?

Mr. Telesco what will be your role and your coach’s role in determining free agent signings and draft strategy? Do you tend to deal with all personnel issues yourself or are your coaches given the chance for input? Have you ever deferred to a coach?

Coach, welcome aboard. Can you tell me which direction you and your staff are leaning to as far as keeping some of our own free agents, acquiring others and draft possibilites? We need O-line and DB help, as I’m sure your aware! I hope that with a strong free agency and draft, the chargers will be able to bring some of the nay sayers back to the Q.

Mr. Telesco Philip Rivers can very realistically have another very productive 6 or 7 years in the league. He has also proven to be a pretty durable player. However, at what time do you think the Charger organization should begin looking for a younger quarterback as his heir apparent?
