And the Game Ball Goes to ….

Coach Turner couldn’t help but give his game ball to three players after today’s decisive victory over the Kansas City Chiefs, Jackie Battle, Demorrio Williams, and Le’ron McClain, all three of whom’s last performance at Arrowhead was in a Chiefs uniform.
Today, all three players were given a token of gratitude for their performance representing the blue and gold.

And the Game Ball Goes to…

After a Sunday of Chargers football excellence, Coach Turner decided the game ball deservedly had to be given to the entire offensive and defensive line. The defensive line held one of the league’s best rusher’s in Chris Johnson, to a total 17-yards rushing while the Chargers offensive line allowed for 148 total yards rushing and Rivers to go 24 for 32, with 284 yards, and 3 TDs. A final score of 38-10 on a blistering hot day in San Diego puts the Chargers at 2-0 on the season.

Mike Harris Gets Game Ball

Mike Harris, undrafted rookie free agent from UCLA, proved his worth and then some on his NFL career debut by getting awarded tonight’s game ball. Harris, coming in for injured Jared Gaither at left tackle showed tonight that he can not only compete at the NFL caliber but can be a game changer.
